Biography
Anatoliy Bondarenko is the co-founder and Head of Data Journalism at Texty.org.ua. Texty is a small, independent media based in Kyiv, Ukraine since 2010. Texty’s main focus relies on topics that are crucial for society, such as education or the environment. The newsroom prefers reproducible journalism based on open data and code. Texty team's awards include Data Journalism Awards-2017 (best young data journalist) and Sigma Awards-2020 (best news application).
Anatoliy is also an author of the popular course about data visualisation for Prometheus (Ukrainian MOOC platform) and visiting lecturer in one of Ukrainian universities
