Biography
Corinne Podger is the Director of the Digital Skills Agency, which provides training and consultancy to newsrooms and journalism learning providers at the intersection of digital innovation and revenue diversification. She has worked in more than 25 countries with a wide range of organisations including the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, WAN-IFRA, the World Federation of Science Journalists, BBC Media Action, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Internews, Reach Plc, Forbes, Vietnam News Agency, the United Nations, and the World Health Organisation.
Corinne is a thought leader in mobile journalism, and co-organises an annual Mobile Journalism Conference for Asia in collaboration with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. She is a sessional lecturer at the Universities of Sydney and Melbourne and has guest-lectured at universities all over the world.
