Biography
Mariel Richards is head of partnerships and incoming CEO at award winning media company gal-dem. Under her role she has developed partnerships with some of the world's most influential brands, including Nike, Levi's, Adidas, Tate Modern & Britain and Bumble. Her work funds the editorial arm of gal-dem, which platforms the voices of women and non-binary people of colour in a media industry that is 94% white, and 55% male.
